90 min. Initial Consultation

  • During the initial consultation we will dive into your main health concerns, health history, diet and lifestyle. We will create a vision of wellbeing and health goals.

  • This appointment includes:

    • face analysis

    • tongue analysis

    • nail analysis

    • doshic assessment

    • comprehensive Ayurvedic pulse reading (in person only).

  •  This information is used to create a diet and lifestyle counseling plan and custom herbal formula and adjunct therapies.

What you receive:

  • written diet and lifestyle counseling plan

  • customized herbal formula

  • suggested adjunct therapies like herbs, teas and oils

Follow Up

  • For existing clients. A follow-up to evaluate your progress, check in about any new developments and make adjustments accordingly.

  • This appointment will include a face, tongue, and nail analysis and a comprehensive Ayurvedic pulse reading.
