    In a foraging tour, participants are guided through local landscapes to identify wild plants, learning about their medicinal and edible properties, as well as sustainable and safe harvesting techniques, and how to incorporate them into daily wellness practices.

  • 1 on 1 Ayurvedic Consultation

    In a one-on-one Ayurvedic consultation, an individual's unique constitution and imbalances are assessed through the reading of 108 pulse points, a comprehensive health history, and a nail, face, and tongue analysis, providing personalized guidance on diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies to restore balance and enhance overall well-being

  • Events & Workshops

    Events and workshops are offered both online and in person, focusing on yoga and Ayurveda education. These sessions are designed to deepen participants' understanding of holistic wellness practices, providing immersive experiences that integrate ancient wisdom with practical applications for modern life.
