Join Devon and Zaidy to celebrate the Fall Equinox with a 108 Surya Namaskar practice. We will move through 108 cycles of Surya Namaskar at a steady pace with different movement variations that are accessible for all. We will set intentions for the Solar Cycle through the pathway of moving meditation. During this practice, we will honor and witness the radiant power of the Sun as it is reflected through the rays of the awakened heart.

Fall Equinox celebrations have occurred worldwide for millenia. During this period we are at the junction between summer and winter, light and darkness. It is a time of equanimity, reflection and celebration.
