Solar Vinyasa is an invigorating vinyasa yoga practice. We will move through a series of shapes by connecting the breath with movement and explore structure through the lens of Energetic Alignment. Classes are curated from an Ayurvedic perspective to support practitioners innate ability to cultivate balance and harmony within the outer and inner worlds. Accompanied by the deep rhythms and bright flavors of intentional soundscapes this practice will give rise to a sense of stability, spontaneous fluidity and one’s innate creative capacity. All levels are welcome!
