DESCRIPTION
Join Zaidy for an in-depth exploration of Ayurveda for yoga teachers and practitioners to enhance your offerings and personal practice. Ayurveda is a system of medicine and wellness practices from India with roots of over 5000 years, known as the sister science of yoga. A yoga practice informed by Ayurveda has the power to restore balance and cultivate vitality. We will explore many foundational concepts of ayurveda, including it’s roots, theory, and application to the practice of yoga and daily life. Zaidy is an ayurvedic practitioner based in Denver, CO continuing her Ayurvedic studies at Alandi Ayurveda Gurukula in Boulder CO to become a NAMA recognized Ayurvedic Doctor. She has over 3000 hours of educational and clinical experience. She is an E-RYT 500hr Prana Vinyasa teacher and teacher trainer.
